Slush

To prepare the slush just mix 1 bag with 4lt of water and pour it in the slush machine.
Wait for 30/40 minutes until the ice crystal formation.

It is advisable to respect the exact dozes a sub –diluition may have adverse effect on the structure, preveting the ice forming properly.
An over diluition mau cause serious damange to the slush machine.
The Sugar acts as antifreeze!

If you dilute too much the content of the bag, we can risk to get some block of ice which can serioucly damage the rotation system of slush machine.
